Um, females don't *have* prostrates to stimulate, this dog was a female. She whimpered, good reason to stop. Maybe the thorn was there for a reason.
I aggree with Silky.

Whether he was right to anally penetrate his dog, or not, is a discussion I don't want to participate in, at this time.

However, females DO have a prostate. Well, at least female humans do. I found this in a March 2006 article in the Seattle Times.

"In 2002, what was once an obscure female anatomical feature known as the paraurethral glands, or Skene's glands, was officially renamed the prostate by the Federative International Committee on Anatomical Terminology."

Check out the wikipedia entry on Skene's glands. Very interesting.

What I would really like to know, has anyone ever noticed a female dog ejaculate during orgasm? That would probably be pretty convincing evidence that a female dog could enjoy prostate stimulation.

"The prostate is a walnut-sized gland that lies below the urinary bladder and surrounds the urethra. Along with the seminal vesicles, the prostate gland produces a fluid, called prostatic fluid, that contains, protects, nourishes, and supports the sperm. The white, sticky fluid originally from the prostate forms most of the volume of the semen. The prostate has no known function other than reproduction."

"In human anatomy, the Skene's glands (also known as the lesser vestibular, periurethral glands, or paraurethral glands[1]) are glands located on the upper wall of the vagina, around the lower end of the urethra. They drain into the urethra and near the urethral opening. These glands are surrounded by a tissue, which includes the part of the clitoris that reaches up inside the vagina and it swells with blood during sexual arousal."

There is some evidence that nerves in the area produce an orgasm different to one produced by clitoral stimulation

These have read quite different to me, and the female version doesn't sound like it would be stimulated anally to me.
<shrug> I don't get the bang out of anal stimulation that my husband does.
which leads me to believe that a female dog wouldn't either.
Too bad they can't be asked if they like it.

OK, I am entirely out of my realm of knowledge. I suspect we both are, which makes this discussion kind of silly. I'm not a doctor, but maybe you are.

From wikipedia:
"Some believe that the Skene's glands are the source of female ejaculation."

"The fluid that emerges during female ejaculation has a composition similar to the fluid generated in males by the prostate gland,[6] containing biochemical markers of sexual function like Human Protein 1[7] and the enzyme PDE5. When examined with electron microscopy, both glands show similar secretory structures,[8] and both act similar in terms of prostate-specific antigen and prostate-specific acid phosphatase studies.[9][10][11][12]"

Certainly there is enough evidence to convince the people in the field so that they renamed it. To my very untrained mind, they seem to be the same with similar function (though with much different purpose, since women don't have sperm to help).

As for location, the various diagrams and descriptions seem contradictory with no clear cut "here it is."

From wikipedia:
"Skene's glands have highly variable anatomy, and in some extreme cases they appear to be missing entirely."

I've never been able to find it (nor produce a female ejaculation) on myself or any of my partners. I may be doing things wrong, looking in the wrong spot, or be really unlucky.

However, from my further reading (and online looking), it doesn't appear it would be accessed via the anal canal like a male's would. [Maybe. Frankly, to me, those pictures just don't convey a good 3D view of where things are in a body, how you can get to them, or what you can do with them. I just can't fully visualize it.]

Nonetheless, I still wonder if female dogs can ejaculate during orgasm. It would still mean they enjoy prostate stimulation, though probably not anally. ;-)

My last comment: I've always seemed to enjoy anal sex more than any of the male partners I've been with. Maybe I'm put together different from the normal female. Who knows? :-)

Maybe we should do some hands on research to see what we can come up with?
<giggle>
I don't think I want to be a squirter anyway.
I"ve never understood the turn on, I think it would kinda gross me out if anybody squirted at me

Only once, I was able to get some liquid during orgasm. But it didn't squirt, it just sorta...drizzled out. Like how I see dog semen come out of a woman. It didn't smell or looked like pee but it didn't taste fun so I don't think I want this to happen again. I think it would be a turn off if another girl I'm with would squirt in my face.

But anyway, back on topic,

I am too kind of uncomfortable with the poster's experience. Its not so much of the anal sex on a female dog but the whimpering she gave. The sound of a dog whimpering just breaks my heart and I would stop immediately. I know you might have been caught up in the moment but the safety of the animal is more important then a moment of pleasure. I don't think you meant any harm but please watch and listen for any signs your partner might give in the future. Thank you.

to clear this up: she whimpered once, very briefly, very quietly. XD since then she's never made a sound or reacted badly to it and she will actually growl and bark at me constantly now if I go for so long without doing anything with her.

if it had been anything more than that or any louder than that I would have stopped, but honestly it sounded more like what she does for attention than the sound she makes when she's hurt (and yes, I've hurt her inadvertently a few times while wrestling with her.. that and she's wound up knocking her head against the coffee table a few times since I rearranged the living room.)

Either way, she seems to like it a lot, so yeah. n.n;; as for the negative posts, honestly I could care less if people feel 'appalled' or 'dismayed' when they read what I post, I've had to live with people looking down on me and saying far worse in my life, you get used to it after time, ya know?

I'm sorry but I must respond to this post. I'll get into trouble for this, but I can live with that. I found myself extremely dismayed by your post. While I have nothing personally against you, I have big problems with the behavior described

I can understand a man having vaginal sex with a female, but not anal sex. What in nature could prepare a male of female dog to have their anal cavity penetrated by a man. When I hear about men having anal sex with dogs or even horses, I always feel so sorry for those animals.

silky :inlove: i'm not suporting kitt, but on [SPAM] you can see "eselhengst" and some male dogs and the recieving have a cum. whats your opinion to this?

Don't worry about those negative posts too much, Kit. It sounds like you both like what you're doing and have developed a long-term relationship based on mutual pleasure. Here's wishing youmany long years together.

I'm not all that comfortable with a man having anal sex with a female animal for some of the reasons already stated; she cant really object and her ass is never in heat.

Also to clear up the "female prostate" issue, Skene's Glands are located between the urethra and vaginal canal in human females, and the area of spongy tissue that they encompass is called the G-Spot. It is usually stimulated with pressure on the anterior vaginal wall (forward toward the urethra and pubic bone).

The glands produce a substance similar to the semen that the male prostate produces, with fructose being a primary ingredient. Both skenes glands and the prostate gland border the urethra, but in males the urethra passes back and down to the penis so the prostate can be stimulated anally. The G Spot is very very hard to stimulate anally because youd be stimulating it through several layers of tissue, having to push against the vagina hoping that the vagina would push against the G Spot.
The area around Skene's glands is crossed by nerve endings branching off the shaft of the clitoris, which is why stimulating the g spot can prduce and orgasm, and the following contractions can cause female ejaculation, though the ejaculation may sometimes be retrograde (with the fluid going into the bladder not out the urethra) and so invisible.

Both female orgasm and female ejaculation evolutionarily would help facilitate fertilization, with female orgasm keeping the woman prone so sperm doesnt escape and contracting the cervix down into the pool of sperm, and ejaculation giving the sperm extra fructose to improve motility.

While some porn stars can ejaculate from anal sex, this is just because they can train themselves to voluntarily ejaculate with any orgasm, and while the anus isnt ridden with nerve endings, a small number of women can orgasm from anal sex due to innervation in the vagina and perineum that border the rectum. Also, studies find that voluntary female ejaculation is often a mix of female ejaculate and urine, since the muscles in the urethra are not voluntary, only the ones in the bladder.
Long story short, the female "prostate" cant be stimulated anally, and the real thrill of anal sex is that its kinky and different, because all the pleasure is from indirectly stimulating other areas

hmm, well they very much can object.....if a dog dosent like something, chances are they will show you or tell you some way...you know when you touch a male k9's sheath they immediately freeze up and stare at you until you continue? same thing...if the bitch dosent like it she'll either walk away or make an obvious oral complaint

Seems like you had a great time with her. I don't like anal much myself, but I don't mind those who do. I wish you and your dog many more happy and good times together. You deserve it :)

What a depressing post :(

How the hell can you justify hurting an animal who relies and depends on you in order to get yourself off?

It is people like you who give zoos a bad name.

I expect a flame war in reply but really, I don't care - you're behaviour is terrifyingly inhumane and selfish.
