Dog owners expect a dog to grab a leg etc once in a wile Butttt
If the dog becomes "sex agressave" they will ask a vet what to do and the vet will see dollar signes..

I personally know a X Stud who was cut because some one tought him to proposision people.

We need to think of playing carefully..

Castrations happen

What if the dog begins to not like his breeding partner? (It has happened before)
The moment that dog humps a kid, he's either getting fixed or getting the shot that removes their sex drive. (Which makes him not want to have relations at all until they take him off the shot in breeding months)

Either way, you would be taking a big risk for your benefit, not the dog's. He's not a sex toy. Don't put him in danger for your own feelings, that's bordering on cruelty. If you cannot have a dog, then wait. That is what me and my husband are doing, even though we love dogs so much. We are waiting for a new home with the right space for him.

In the meantime, watch more vids, get inanimate toys, and just have fun with fantasies.

I would second that introducing yourself to the neighbor would be a good start; of course, it's polite to do so just because you have a new neighbor, not just because of the dog.

As for the dog: Relax. If some situation arises where you can do something with him, the IMHO it's ok. But if not, then don't push your luck. It's not worth it.

I have cute dogs in the neigborhood but would never try something with them. You don't shit where you eat.

This topic borders on the whole fence hopping issue, however, its not fence hopping if you are known to the neighbors and they like you. Everyone starts out somewhere and if you have the opportunity to spend intimate moments or better yet, hours with this dog, good for you!

As far as the dog starting to become sexually aggressive, that is a fallacy. Just because a human male experiences his first sexual encounter, does he go out and become a burden on society, propositioning everything on two legs? No, he will return to the person that has accepted his advances. In this light, the dog will do the same thing. Once a male dog see you as an object of his desires, he will continually pursue you, but he wont look at every other human in the same way. He associates himself as your mate, not anyone else's.

Just be careful when and if you get together with him. Chances are, he will stick his nose right into your groin or your butt the next time he sees you and this could be uncomfortable if you are in your neighbors yard or house. He may even attempt to mount, so be prepared to laugh it off and make a joke out of it.

Have Fun!!!

I will go with Wolf on this

When I was.. well in a nother life..... I had done just that introduce your self to the dogs owners as a neighbor and if the dog is normally out on his own and comes over its a date.. It kept me from staring at the K9 units unit if you know what I meen..
He has a cover for grabing a leg as he has a bitch of his own.. and his people will not be offended if he does.
People are very reactionary of animal sex these days and the casual pet owner will be offended.
The bitch thing works out well when we have company and my male comes by wile I am in the living room and paws my leg.. I blame her.

Make sure you are not exposed however.
Read the pinned threds if you are new to this.

The both of you may develop a relationship that will last.. And he may be a regular guest and with the neighbors premission to be with you to play frisbee the better

And welcome
should have typed that before

I'm with Wolfhound

I have had males that belonged to other people and never known issues
with them trying to hump legs ect nor have I ever known people to send
a dog to death row for any little occurrences …
though I wouldn’t say it doesn’t happen
and it would also depend if the dog is a pet or if they have future plans on breeding

in my experience the only problem I have had is one of them tries to jump on me, but lucky me,
I own three other dogs and that can pass for a logical explanation...
I have no observations of difference in the animals behavior,
after the first few moments of excitement have past, from my arrival to the premises.

yes the nose in the crotch happens often, again you can make the excuse
you have been playing around with a friends dog ... that will usually dismiss the uncertainty to a reasonable explanation of the dogs curiosity
but again some dogs just do that any way

but hey there is nothing better than having your own.
I wish all the best in any case, and what ever happens will be and may no negatives
arise
