Well I think it would - its just one more facet of the fantasy/furry/anime region of the zoo scene.
But perhaps people are wary of revealing their fantasy side - more comfortable keeping their feet in the real world. Didn't cast my vote I'm afraid - like you I've never seen any pics of bodypainted people actually mating with animals. So perhaps I would find them all very erotic - would love to find out - in every sense. Intersting post - hope it gets more response.
