Nipple-sucking, sucking a phantom pregnant bich

Many bitches lactate milk during their phantom pregnancy. You can force this by sucking the nipples. Is it harmful a) to the dog B) to drink the milk?

He's talking about a false pregnancy. Personally I would not do anything that would prolong that state, like suckling her in order to force her to lactate. My suggestion is try and stop the condition by taking her to a vet and getting her some steroid therapy. Not doing so causes a lot of physical stress on her body. You also risk causing a mastitis by trying to force her to lactate.

(Energydog's beating me to everything lately lol) ^^^What Energydog said! The last thing you want to do is prolong the condition, and that's exactly what stimulating the nipples/mamories does... The usually advise people to not even touch near the nipples if they can help it, for more of the reasons Energydog mentioned.
