Zoo Gatherings, For those of us who have never been

Another "just wondering" thread... :P

Zoo Gatherings... Most of us here have never been to one or are likely to ever go to one... So, for those of you who have, tell us about it. Who'd you meet? What went on? Any excitement? Would you go to another?

I have met in-person one (not terribly active) member of this board, who will eventually be getting together with other zoos for a gathering in CA. He's invited me to go along, I think it's this fall sometime. I don't know any more details, and nor would I disclose them here unless I knew he had. Once I've gone, if I go, I'll make a point of telling people what it was like. In the meantime, maybe someone else can answer the original question, because I'd like to know too... :D

I have met quite a few members from the forum - ALL have been positive occurances and one even a lifelong friendship -errr translation: I'm stuck with the bitch forever :o :lol: :lol: :lol:

I am also taking a road trip in a few days and have plans on meeting quite a few more members of the forum :) :) :)

It's good to hear that experiences have been positive but I sense that there is some trepidation from some to post a response. Either that or this is just a boring topic :P

Either way, feel free to use as many aliases to protect the innocent.

Furry cons are a great place to be open about zoosexuality. It would be cool to be able to go to a zoo con, but I'm thinking Midwest Fur Fest should be promising.
