Wher Are All The Flowers From, where the hell dose every one live

I find I use this forum mostly to meet people for real not just to chat and jerk off. So why is it not compolsory to have to say where you are based, your age and intrest in your profile. am not interested in talking to people on the other side of the earth from me; I like to hear some of their storys but I would like to know who's who and where they are so i can only talk to the people I can possibly meet.?????
Also lots of material has been on for ages and is to much for any one to wade through. why not take stuff off if it is not veiwed enought or rated by others???

The nature of the subject that is this site's reason for being requires a high degree of privacy. Having someone from some agency confront us in "real" would be our worst nightmare. Posting our personal information will happen, oh, approx. 2 1/2 weeks after hell freezes over. :ph34r: :ph34r: :ph34r:

If you want to meet people, that's what the Personals/Dating section is for.
To use it, go there, use Search to find the thread for your area, or near you, and look at only the posts new enough to suit you.

You will find all the sections organized with the newest material at the top; if you don't want to "wade through" the old stuff, then just stop doing it.......


If you would like help, by all means just ask, but let's not be heckling the Admin for stuff you just haven't figured out how to use yet........

So I take it you have been on this site for long time. I have not but I know for shore I could never wade through all the stuff on here and as for any one tracing us, well I don't think any one would put down their post code and door number DO YOU? Any one with any sence if they come from say Bath would put Bristol as it is just down the road and near enought to get people together, Even your age you can add a or take of a year and so on and so on, but as the site is now well.... Keep on trying every now and then if you read people post and they say somthing that gives you a clue to where they are and then you can contact them. Or if you like typing mail them to find out the long way but I bet for every thiry mail you send one would be within your driving distance. Cheers all

I mentioned it on the other thread that's had some activity lately.

This site is far less of a dating site and far more of a community.

It just provides a little bit of dating because it can, without any guarantees and you must do so at your own risk.

I'm sure you know that there ARE dating sites out there, though the risk is the same, and most likely higher.

I agree with the two previous repliers, And if the only reason you came here was to surf our profiles you came to the wrong place.

People here tend to be very private until they get to know you. In addition we always encourage our members to not reveal their personal information unless they are sure they can trust the person inquireing...

Why do you think that we have been here for almost 6 years and are the largest Forum of this type with almost 700,000 members yet the one you came here from is now closed down..
This is one of the most secure sites on the net and we plan to keep it that way whether you like it or not.

Profile information is optional and will always remain so..

BTW there is a rule against creating multiple threads of the same type. I will now close your other one..

If you care to put Bristol or Bath, age and sex, all fine and well, but I can see no compelling reason to make it "compulsory" for people who aren't comfortable being contacted to provide information so you can do so. Other people aren't necessarily here for your personal use.

If you "could never wade through all the all the stuff on here", so what? It's not "compulsory" that you do so. One click and it's gone; you never have to see it again. Why should other people not be able to have stuff available, so you don't have to "wade through" it?
