Guys I am feeling kinda weird, I had a dog who was a husky and i won't go into detail about my sex life with her because I was too young for it anyway, I don't know what she thinks of me now, could she be confused between me as a mate or as a master? Because I am being overly protected by her and even my own parents couldn't get near me without her snarling and almost biting at them, then she comes up to me and lays at my feet. If anyone has had this sort of experiance please tell me I'd like to know if she thinks of me as a mate or a master still.

She probably thinks of you as a mate. I never liked the whole "master" thing. I don't exert any control over my girls. I never considered myself as their "master". But I have a similar thing going on with my retriever girl. While we haven't had sex as she is too young still (11 months old and still haasn't gone into heat), we have had sexual play. And now she is possessive of me. She won't leave my side. She won't let either of the other two girls get near me. If I try to pay attention to one of the other two, she has to be right there and sometimes pushes the other girl away. My husky is kinda the same way. She always has to be right there with me. If I am in bed, she is in bed with me. I am sure that if I could take her to work, she would be right there with me the whole time.

I am actually flattered at this behavior from my girls. At least I know they care enough for me to protect me. You may not see it as a good thing, but I personally do. But, to each his own.

And I hope you don't get in trouble for that comment about being too young. You may want to watch yourself about that.

True I need to be more careful what I say and what I don't say, anywho she is a very protective husky...but I don't see her anymore except the back yard...she got hit and passed away by a moving truck and pretty much tore my heart out and made me the quite boy that i am. If I were ti die I would hope that I would see my mate once again before going to heavon.

I think even without the sexuality some animals get protective of one particular person, or they're fearful and they look to that person as a safe zone. Good thing to do in situations like that is take the dog out for a lot of interaction with other people and situations...but don't let them come into close contact with people.
and yes...being active sexually can make that bond much stronger. I'd still say it sounded more like she felt safe and protected with you.

Kinda what Soko does right now. She won't snarl or anything but wherever I go she has to go or she'll throw the biggest fit. Which I know this behavior for a 15 week old collie bitch pup is natural due to their wanting to be with the pack. Though whats funny is if I put her into her crate and lay down she'll whine a bit but then learns its time to go to bed. When my girlfriend puts her in there she makes a big fuss about it and wants out. She'll bark, whine then stop for about 10 mins and start up again. When I come in, lay down she quiets and goes to sleep.

I dont know would you call that as her seeing me as Alpha and that I won't take any fussiness.

On another note: when she wants to play she enjoys getting rough and biting my hands, arms, legs, and pant/shirt. Is it just play or is it her way as challenging in a sense? She's 15 weeks, she's very submissive (Rolls on my her back even when I dont try to put her on her back.) On working on stopping that since she gets too rough and ends up biting through my skin.

Thanks

Shawn

She's learning at this point, dog's find out a lot by testing them with their teeth, but she's also testing you to a point as well, I'd discourage her from chewing too much on your hands, let her know what is play and when it gets a little too far.

My thoughts were more along the line of she was looking to you for protection.

We had to quit playing with the male dog because he was becoming very jealous and would occasionally show his teeth and come between us. He was getting to attached and unpredictable so he got cut off.
