I just very recently heard about the infamous Jerry Springer beast/zoophilia episode. As far as I know it was never aired, and did not even make it to any of the "Too Hot For TV" videos. Has anyone seen it anywhere? Is there a way to get ahold of it or see it on-line?

For those who have seen it, is it a good or bad thing that it never actually aired? I know Jerry's "guests" often tend to end up looking like idiots/losers/trash, so I am guessing the show would not have exactly done wonders for our community....

Being that it's Springer, then I wouldn't bother...probably just some useless name calling, scorn and garbage just for some shock value.

Yeah, it was pulled...

I heard about it in the Animal Passions 2 documentary, and saw a few seconds of it. Jerry is an asshole... Saying stuff like "I think I'm going to throw up" and "Isn't this just sick, folks?".

Just can't stand Jerry Springer.
Wouldn't even watch an episode on zoophilia...

Ah, who am I kidding. I would be glued to the TV-set if that topic came up.

i have seen the episode a couple times .. it is interesting but sucks because everyone kept getting shot down before they could say anything that was substantial... the only real good part was the looks on the faces of the audience when they introduced marks wife :P

I too noted the reference to the episode in the Animal Passions documentary. I know the show is filth, all shock with no substance, but I still wanted to see it, just because I'm interested in observing anything I can relating to zoophilia. I tend to find negative reactions somewhat intriguing, even if it does get a bit abrasive and irritating at times.

Though I have yet to see the episode, I'm still interested in watching it. Somehow the title of the episode was familiar to me when it was mentioned in Animal Passions, as if I had actually seen it on TV a few years prior, or at least a mention of it.

I'm not familiar with this Animal Passion movie that people keep mentioning. It is a documentary, I take it? Where can it be found? Is it worthwhile to check out?

Sounds like the Springer episode may have done more harm than good if it actually was aired, based on what Prince Xizor said about Jerry saying it was sick. I am guessing the crowd was probably booing and heckling as well. A shame.

Still, given that they will show pretty much anything on TV nowadays, I am surprised this hasn't surfaced by now.

You can find it here, as well as floating around other places on the net. I'd recommend it, it was a very interesting documentary.

I'm curious as to where I can find the Jerry Springer episode, my searching so far has been unsuccessful.

it certainly is an insult for any zoo, but what reaction would you expect from a famous talk-show host? he'd be ruined if he had shown any sympathy for zoophiles or zoophilia...sex with animals is sick in the public eye, and it's best for a talk-show host to represent the opinions of the public...
