Just like humans, dog cock sizes vary amongst the same dog species.. I've heard of great danes with very small ones and also beagles with very large ones..
Your best bet though is to go with a larger breed. There's a tendency of larger dogs having larger dicks.
But that shouldn't be the only thing you look for when getting a new dog... Find one that fits your personality and lifestyle too.

General rule of thumb bigger the breed and individual the bigger the equipment. Though there is as much variability in this as within individual humans. My ever same opinions are Akitas and G sheps. They tend towards a good size in most respects.

I currently have a Great Dane and I must say , it's almost too big for me... 9 to 11 inches and 3-4 across. But I agree , you shouldn't chose a breed for it's size...

This has been stated before, and I don't mean this in any way to be an insult to the original poster, but:

The dog with the biggest dick is the one with the guy on the other end of the leash that got him purely for sex.

Now, i don't intend to imply that this describes the original poster, and I'm certainly willing to give him/her the benefit of the doubt. Although it's a question that's been done to death here and could have been answered with a search, the intent seemed to be an honest inquiry. So, I'm willing to give my thoughts.

Assuming that you're honest about wanting to build a complete relationship with your dog first and foremost, and want to include sex as a bonus part of it, that's all well and good by me. Based on my very limited experience in this area thus far, if you're looking for a devoted canine partner that is usually fairly well endowed, quite beautiful to look at all around, and a rather enthusiastic lover, I would suggest a Rottweiler. Assuming you have the physical strength, moral character and confidence to be the alpha leader to a Rottie, then based on my experience with the breed, I'd say you have an excellent chance of having one of the most devoted and affectionate partners you will ever experience. The one I was recently with could not only hump my leg like a jackhammer, but he is also one of the most loyal and friendly dogs I've ever been around. I felt an instant kinship with this animal from the moment I met him, and I think the feeling was mutual.

So, good luck! Maybe you will find the right breed for you in a Rottie - it's worth a shot. :)
