Hello again folks. I just came across an interesting fantasy story called Hiking In Scotland in which the author actually mates with a doe. Now I fully realize that this was pure fantasy, but that got me to wondering if anyone on this forum had been able to do that. By nature does are incredibly fast and incredibly timid. I suppose if you had a pet doe of your own, you might be able to gain enough trust to try it, I don't know. So, has anyone ever been successful in this venture?

Though I haven't, I know there's people here that have, so yeah, it's possible.

I used to chat with someone that raised whitetails, he claimed they were like a jackhammer when he was in them.

I have mated with doe deer a few times. A friend of mine raises whitetail deer . One day I was at his place looking at his deer. One doe turned her rear end towards me and my friend said that she was in heat. He said that in this condition , a doe deer if great to ride. So he led her into the barn , so no one else could see us, and we both had sex with her. She wasn't tied or restrained in any way. She just stood there and rolled her beautiful eyes . She seemed to enjoy it. She was very good.

Wow lb, that is truly awesome!!! I'm sure that's truly an experience that you'll never forget. Was she gentle or very rough and aggressive? Was there any foreplay before, and did she allow you to do any cuddling with her after? What are their tongues like? Are they smooth or rough? And how big are they? I know that it must seem elementary for me to be asking all these stupid questions but when you're totally blind, you can't learn about animals in the normal way through pictures. You have to somehow see them. But with some wild animals, that's just not that easy to do and it's not really allowed at zoos either. The largest animal that I have ever seen is probably a cow or a horse. I don't even think I've actually seen a bull before. So what size is a deer as compared with a horse? I assume that they're much smaller. Another animal that has always fascinated me is the caribou. Well, I always knew that lions and tigers were huge animals, but just to give you an idea of some of the misconceptions that I had until very recently, I always thought that a lion or tiger was about the same height as a horse is, but it's not at all. Yes, they are huge animals but only about waist high I guess. Now, when you start talking about bears and elephants, now you're getting beyond me even being able to imagine or comprehend how big they really are. Even a normal sighted child can get the idea of a bear's or elephant's size by looking at pictures especially if the elephant is standing near a tree or a tour bus as something to compare it with. But I just can't imagine them at all and then when you start talking about whales which are what, three times the size of the average elephant? A living thing that large just totally boggles my mind and is totally beyond my comprehension.

I once met an elephant trainer at the Columbus zoo in central Ohio and he was going to show me an elephant and let me ride on one. But it just never happened. That's really a shame. I'd love to ride on a whale too. I've always wanted to be around tranqualized bears so that I could feel the bear and check out the width, length and depth of its body, the size of its paw, its jaw, its head etc. But I don't suppose that'll ever happen. Does this make sense to any of you? This thread is supposed to be about making it with a doe. Sorry for going off topic here.

well, different deer are different sizes, you get big ones and little ones just like in horses and ponies - but they are different to horses in body shape. Horses are much more curvy, rounded and muscular. They also have solid hooves whereas deer have cloven hooves, e.g: two toes vs one. Deer are daintier, much slimmer legs. They are angular at the hips bones with slim heads and bigger eyes and ears. A deer has a little tufty tail whereas a horse has a long, haired tail.

hope that helps!

I don't think you need to worry about going a little off topic Shy - it is YOUR topic after all!
I'm afraid I don't know much about deer, but as for getting a picture of wild animals in particular, are there not natural history museums around with lifelike or stuffed specimens of most animals? I assume the public would not be able to handle them, but maybe if your situation was explained an exception might be made, so you could really feel the size and shape of a grizzly etc.. I agree it would not be a good idea to fondle one at your local zoo!

rololover, what a great idea!!! Of course, a museum, I'd never even considered that as a possibility but I'll certainly have to do some checking on that.
Thanks!

To go along with Rololover

I know the Taxidermist who has stuffed deer for my family has many animals on display right in his shop, including a small black bear, many deer heads, a gnu, a fisher cat, a wolverine, a fox, and various birds, he doesn't mind if you come in and touch.

I had a doe one time. It was at a small private zoo. she flagged me just the same as a female k9 does when she is in heat. It was late in the day and no one else was around. I dropped my drawers real quick and had a piece of female deer.
